I can help you to look at your past, your present and your future. There may have been events that happened in your childhood or younger years that still affect who you are today. Together we can look at those things and see what you would like to change.

You may be thinking, “I’m not very good at talking and I wouldn’t know what to say” Well that’s ok too because I have different ways of helping people deal with life that don’t involve too much talking. I can work in a creative ways such as drawing, using toy animals, writing or journaling amongst other things.

This is called Integrative counselling and what it means is that I’ve been trained to work in all these different ways so you can find a way of counselling that suits you.

How Do I Work?

My sessions are 60 minutes and can be conducted either face to face in the therapy room (subject to government Covid-19 guidance) or online using Zoom. If you are not familiar with using Zoom I can help you with this. Zoom is used as it is deemed the safest online platform to use.

My sessions are £42 for 60 minutes. This can be paid by cash, cheque or online bank transfer (preferably before the session). If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a 50% charge for that session)
